Impactful Team Leader, Youth Housing & Support

LiveWest is seeking a Team Leader for the Redruth/Carn Brea area to lead a supported housing service for young people aged 16-25. You will supervise staff, engage with external organisations, and support young people to develop independent skills and achieve positive outcomes.

You will provide key worker support, manage a diverse caseload, and contribute to learning programmes, risk assessments, and multi-agency work. A proactive, compassionate approach is essential.
