Strategic HR Advisor – Employment Strategy

Cornwall Council is seeking an HR Advisor to contribute across Employment Strategy activities within a small, supportive team.

You will assist with trade union consultation, implementing pay awards, developing employment policies and guidance on terms and conditions, and supporting the Council’s responsibilities as an employer within local authority pension schemes. This role offers broad exposure to people management disciplines and valuable learning opportunities in a supportive environment.
