Hybrid HR & Recruitment Coordinator (Oxford/Cambridge)

Atlas Summer Courses in Oxford is seeking a Recruitment and HR Coordinator to lead a high-volume candidate pipeline across UK centres and manage onboarding and HR administration for year-round staff.

You will own recruitment from advertising to interviews, ensure DBS and right-to-work compliance, and support staff with benefits and HR systems within a hybrid Oxford setting.

This role reports to the Head of People, Culture and Compliance and offers £27,500–£30,000 per annum with hybrid working.
