IT Support Analyst | First-Line Helpdesk & Microsoft 365

TipTopJob in Tiverton is seeking a friendly IT Support Analyst to join our professional IT team. You will be the first point of contact for IT-related queries, delivering effective technical support and handling incidents within agreed timescales.

You will gain hands-on experience across hardware, software, Microsoft 365, user account administration, connectivity, and IT equipment, with a 35-hour week (9am-5pm) and a salary of £27,500 per annum on a permanent contract.
