Quintessentially is seeking an experienced on-site IT support specialist to provide 1st/2nd line assistance across UK sites. You will troubleshoot Windows devices, Chromebooks, printers, and AV/classroom technology, while logging tickets and supporting staff and students face-to-face.
The role includes on-site duties, asset management, and collaboration with third-party vendors. Contractual hours are 09:00–17:30, with on-call requirements for emergencies; 3+ years’ experience preferred.
