Oikotechno Japan Co., Ltd. seeks a customer-focused Desktop Support Technician to deliver onsite second-line IT support for end-user environments and enterprise infrastructure.

You will act as the primary onsite IT representative, supporting desktops, laptops, printers, and video conferencing, while assisting network and compute teams. You will respond to incidents within SLAs, perform hardware diagnostics, manage installations and configurations, and maintain documentation and knowledge bases.
