Assistant Store Manager — Lead Team, Drive KPIs & Growth

CLARK’S in Kingston upon Thames is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our retail team and driving daily operations. This role blends leadership, customer service, and operational management, requiring a hands-on leader who ensures the store runs smoothly and hits performance goals.

You will drive KPI targets, coach and inspire staff, manage stock and POS systems, and work a 7-day shift pattern including weekends and bank holidays.
