Bilingual Welsh & English Customer Relations Assistant (Part-Time 21h)

Wales Millennium Centre in Cardiff is seeking a Part-time Customer Relations Assistant. You will be based on site, working 21 hours per week across three days, supporting front-of-house services and customer inquiries via phone, email, and web chat.

You will use Tessitura CRM to assist audiences, coordinate with Marketing, Digital, and F&B teams, and help visitors with accessibility needs while delivering friendly, bilingual Welsh and English assistance.
