Twilight Shift Leader – Retail Store Management

Asda Wheatley is seeking a Twilight Manager to lead the twilight shift, ensuring high shopfloor standards and best availability. You will manage the transition from day to night, maintaining store safety and compliance.

The role requires a rolling 5-shift over 7 schedule, including weekends, with afternoon to late-evening hours (14:00–midnight). You will coach teams, drive trading activity, and reinforce customer service excellence.
