Austen & Blake, part of Neve Jewels Group, is seeking a confident Assistant Store Manager for our Norwich luxury store. You’ll lead a small team, drive exceptional client service, and work closely with the Store Manager to achieve sales targets while maintaining brand standards.

You’ll develop product knowledge, oversee stock and training, and ensure a seamless in-store experience. Weekend availability and a passion for luxury jewellery are essential.
