Tech-Savvy Helpdesk Agent: Customer Support (Temporary)

VANRATH has an immediate temporary Customer Services/Helpdesk role in the Lisburn area. You will provide technical assistance to customers via inbound calls and online channels, log and manage fault calls, and process machine orders with accuracy.

You will communicate clearly, hit KPIs, and look for opportunities to upsell products and services to clients while supporting a fast-paced customer-focused environment.
