Cleaning Operations Supervisor

OCS is recruiting a Cleaning Manager to lead our on-site cleaning team. You will oversee daily cleaning operations across floors, washrooms and communal areas, ensuring high standards and compliance with site budgets.

You will manage staff rotas, holiday requests, site audits and recruitment, train colleagues on-site, and handle investigations when required. A customer-focused approach and flexibility with hours are essential.
