Charity Retail Manager — Fashion & Homeware

Southern Hospice Group is recruiting a Retail Shop Manager in Bognor Regis. You will lead a small retail team, drive income generation and ensure top‑quality customer service across the Chestnut Tree House shop and related sites.

You will oversee stock, gift aid, cash handling, and safety, with travel to other shops in Sussex as required. Full training is provided and eligibility for relevant pension schemes is included.
