Store Leadership Coach – Customer Care & Ops

Boots is seeking an Assistant Manager in a London-area store to lead a customer‑facing team, coach performance and ensure safe, compliant store operations. You will balance people management with daily shop floor responsibilities to deliver excellent care and strong commercial results.
