Shoe Zone is seeking a Customer Services Advisor to join our team at the Head Office in Leicester. The role is part time (22.5 hours) on a permanent basis with a salary starting at £16,602.44 and overtime to cover peak periods.

You’ll handle online and store customer enquiries, demonstrate a friendly, confident telephone manner and use Microsoft Office in daily tasks. Prior customer service or retail experience is desirable.
