MY Sofa Covers Ltd is seeking a Clerical Support / Sales Administrator in Brooke (Norfolk). The role supports day-to-day operations, orders from quotation to delivery, and assists sister companies within the group. 39 hours per week, with a Monday-Thursday 8:00–17:00 and Friday 8:00–13:00, with flexibility on hours.
You will handle quotations, customer inquiries by phone and email, process orders, coordinate deliveries, and maintain accurate records while providing excellent customer service.
