AI-Enhanced Customer Experience Executive

Stonegate Group, based in Monkspath near Solihull, is seeking a Contact Centre Executive for a 6-month FTC. You will work Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends, using AI-assisted tools to assist customers across pubs and venues.

The role offers exposure to multiple business functions and a path into broader Stonegate opportunities. You will gain experience handling complex queries, prioritising empathetic service, and contributing to campaigns that enhance guest experiences.
