Retail Operations Assistant – Evenings & Stock

Marks & Spencer in Brighton is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations to support stock, deliveries and behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shop floor full and ready for customers.

The role is physically demanding and fast-paced, with evening shifts from 16:00 to 20:00, and may require extra hours during busy weeks. You will work across the store, use digital tools to track deliveries and stock, and collaborate with colleagues to keep stock moving efficiently.
