Holiday Store Ops Specialist — Night Shifts

Marks & Spencer is hiring a Customer Assistant in Operations. You’ll be the backstage powerhouse of our stores, handling stock, deliveries, and the vital behind-the-scenes work that keeps the shop floor full and ready for customers.

This physically demanding, high‑intensity role requires flexibility to work across the store, digital confidence to track deliveries, and strong teamwork with colleagues. Night shifts run 21:00–05:00, with a potential £3 p/h unsocial premium for hours 22:00–06:00.
