London Office Experience Lead

Harvey is seeking a proactive Workplace Coordinator to oversee the London office’s day-to-day operations, guest experiences, and facilities. You’ll partner with Workplace Manager, People Ops, IT and other teams to ensure a smooth, welcoming environment that supports Harvey’s growth.

This on-site role requires a warm, organized communicator who can manage onboarding, events, office hospitality, and vendor coordination with a calm, proactive approach.
