Nightshift Store Manager — Lead Ops, KPIs, £4.5k Premium

Sainsbury’s is seeking a committed Nightshift Manager to oversee overnight replenishment and store operations in Market Harborough. You will lead a team, prioritise deliveries, organise the warehouse, and ensure shelves are replenished for opening hours.

Expect to work four nights with a £4,500 premium on top of base pay; ideal candidates can coach colleagues, manage performance and uphold safety standards during out-of-hours trading.
