Assistant Store Manager — Lead a £Multi-Million Store

Aldi UK is looking for an Assistant Store Manager to help run a multi-million pound store, while motivating and developing a diverse and talented team.

You’ll support the Store Manager with deliveries, ordering and customer queries, then focus on people management, performance and holiday rotas. You’ll help maximise sales, deliver great service, minimise costs and improve operational efficiency, with the potential to step into the Store Manager’s shoes in their absence.
