Assistant Store Manager – Lead the Team, Great Perks & Growth

Cotswold Outdoor Group in Manchester is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a busy store. You’ll coach the team, deliver expert service, manage daily operations, stock, cash handling and store presentation, and cover in the Store Manager’s absence.

Starting salary is £28,000–£29,000 with a yearly bonus up to £2,000, plus 33 days holiday, staff discounts, EV salary sacrifice, wellbeing support and ongoing leadership training.
