Estate Cleaning & Maintenance Operative – London

Poplar HARCA is seeking an Estate Services Operative in London to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas across its estate properties. You will work as part of a team to follow cleaning schedules, use appropriate equipment and chemicals, and ensure health and safety guidelines are observed.

Key duties include cleaning staircases, lift areas, refuse handling, grass maintenance, and graffiti removal, with arota weekend cover and 7 hour days within 8am–6pm core hours.
