Daily duties will include:
- Managing a large portfolio of residential properties
- Landlord and tenant account management
- Providing an exceptional level of customer service
- Arranging maintenance with contractors
- Negotiating rental terms and contractor rates
- Renewals and referencing
- Managing rental arrears and handling any disputes
- Dealing with escalated complaints
- Occasional property inspections and viewings
- Working closely with the lettings team to ensure properties are rented
- Overseeing junior team members, providing assistance and support
- Managing rent reports and payments
- Deposit release
This is an exciting position for an experienced property manager, who is seeking a new challenge within a company where they can develop into a senior property management role.
You must be a highly motivated and organised property manager who is able to work under pressure, provide an exceptional service and lead by example to the rest of the team.
Salary £20-£22k plus incentives and bonuses.
You must be able to work some evenings and week-ends.
