Part-Time Customer Service Specialist | Local Support

Coventry Building Society in Bedworth is seeking a part-time Customer Service Assistant to join our branch team. The role covers 24 hours across Monday, Tuesday and Friday with a rotating Saturday morning shift, handling cash and customer queries in a friendly, local environment.

You’ll be assisting customers, processing data accurately and supporting daily branch operations while upholding our values. Training and wellbeing support are provided, with a discretionary bonus and pension options.
