Octus seeks a European-based Business Data Associate to support our data team, customer success and product development. The initial role focuses on learning back-end data processes: data entry, data cleanliness, and locating process improvement opportunities, while gaining experience with the LevPro front-end in a client-facing role.
You will assist clients with navigating and configuring the software, answering product and implementation questions, defining requirements and gathering feedback.
