Bilingual Customer Success & Operations Associate

Tab is expanding its London-based Customer Success team and seeks a Customer Success and Operations Associate. You will be the primary contact for customers, helping them achieve value from the platform while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

You’ll handle inquiries in English and Spanish, work on process improvements with AI, onboard new users, and support our growing user base across regional markets. This role emphasizes empathy, problem solving, and clear communication.
