Locum Customer Care & Wellbeing Advisor

Lincolnshire County Council is seeking a Customer Service Advisor for their Adult Care Teams and the Care & Wellbeing Hub in Lincoln. This 12-week locum placement offers a 37-hour week, 8 am–8 pm, Mon–Fri, with a focus on compassionate, strength-based customer interactions.

You will respond to calls and emails, assess needs, provide information and referrals, and document outcomes using IT systems. Training is provided, and a supportive team environment is promised.
