Store Operations & Customer Growth Leader

Sainsbury’s is seeking a proactive Customer & Trading Manager to lead store operations and drive excellent customer service. You will work with a tight team of managers to ensure daily tasks run like clockwork, while coaching colleagues to sustain high standards across service, availability and safety.

You will be accountable for performance, scheduling and payroll, and may support other nearby stores as needed. A strong track record in retail operations is essential.
