Logistics & Customer Service Specialist

Anand International Ltd is seeking a proactive Transport & Customer Service Co-ordinator to join our friendly team in Leicester. This is a full-time, office-based role working Monday to Friday, 9:00am–5:30pm, providing support for customer deliveries, transport administration and day-to-day service.

You will monitor deliveries via carrier portals, resolve issues, liaise with customers, transport providers and the warehouse, and assist Sales and management with admin tasks.
