Customer Service Coordinator – Accounts

Epwin Group is seeking a Customer Service Advisor in the United Kingdom to coordinate all tasks related to Customer Service for designated accounts and to maintain strong relationships with Epwin Customers.

You will liaise with Customers, Sales Team, and internal departments to manage order-related matters, process sales orders to deadlines, and handle day-to-day administration and archiving for auditing purposes. Excellent communication is essential.
