Customer Experience Advisor – Auto Body Repair Frontline

FMG Repair Services Limited in Torbay is seeking an experienced Customer Service Advisor to be the face of our busy bodyshops, booking repairs, preparing job cards and delivering progress updates to customers.

You will arrange courtesy cars, handle payments, including excesses on insurance policies, and maintain excellent customer experiences as the first point of contact.
