Retail Shift Manager: Lead Store Operations

Lidl GB in Chorley is seeking a Retail Shift Manager to lead a store team, uphold standards, and keep the shop running smoothly in a fast-paced environment. You’ll motivate colleagues, delegate tasks and ensure customers have a great experience.

The role pays £15.45–£15.95 per hour for a 35-hour week, with 30–35 days holiday pro rata, 10% in-store discount, enhanced family leave, a pension, and long service awards. Bank holidays and night shifts include extra pay.
