Store Manager: Lead Team, Drive Sales & Service Excellence

Clarks is seeking a Store Manager to lead our retail team. You will drive sales, deliver outstanding customer service, and oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, inventory management, merchandising, and cash handling.

You will recruit, train, schedule, and develop staff, monitor KPIs, and implement strategies to increase revenue. Excellent communication and leadership skills are essential, with proficiency in POS systems and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
