Assistant Manager – Lead Multi-Brand Dining Team

BRG is seeking an Assistant Manager in the Dartford area to oversee operations across a hub housing Carluccio’s Caffe, Slim Chickens, Ed’s Easy Diner, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, and Harry Ramsden’s. You will lead front-of-house and kitchen activities to create memorable dining experiences and drive brand loyalty.

As a hands-on leader, you will coach teams, implement SMART plans, and ensure safety and quality. This role offers growth opportunities within BRG and its diverse brand portfolio.
