Seasonal Operations & Stock Assistant (Christmas)

Marks & Spencer is seeking a Customer Assistant in Operations at our Hereford store. This is a physically demanding, high‑intensity role that keeps the store running smoothly behind the scenes.

You will handle stock, deliveries and the crucial processes that ensure shelves stay full, shop floors are clean and products are available for customers. You will work flexibly across the wider store, use digital tools to manage stock and deliveries, and collaborate with colleagues to meet daily targets.
