Fresca Group’s Fresh Produce Centre invites applications for a Lead Operative to manage daily warehouse activities, movement of product and pallet consolidation. You will train and coach a team, ensuring safety standards and effective communication across shifts.

Ideal candidates have reach/counterbalance forklift experience, strong English and numeracy, and a proven ability to lead and improve processes in a busy, high-volume environment.
