Operations Manager – Community Services Leader

Citizens Advice Sandwell & Walsall is seeking an Operations Manager on a fixed-term contract (until 31 August 2027) to lead and inspire teams, ensuring high-quality advice services and strong performance across Sandwell and Walsall.

You will provide operational leadership, motivate staff, monitor performance, and help deliver a client-focused service. The role offers 37 hours per week at an office-based site with potential for extension subject to funding.
