Council Tax & Benefits Customer Advisor (2-Year FTC)

Ealing Council is seeking a Council Tax and Housing Benefits Customer Service Officer to join the Contact Centre on a fixed-term, two-year contract. The role focuses on delivering accurate advice, handling enquiries, and maintaining records in line with policies and legislation.

You will work 35 hours per week, primarily at Perceval House or nearby borough premises, and you must have the right to work in the UK. NEC Northgate experience is essential for this role.
