Assistant Store Manager — Data-Driven Hospitality Leader

Village Hotels, in partnership with Starbucks, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead from the front during busy mornings. You will blend Starbucks culture with Village warmth, manage budgets, forecast labour, and coach a growing team on the floor.

This role requires flexibility for early starts, evenings and weekends, a sharp eye for service standards, cash handling and food safety, and a passion for developing people in a fast-paced hospitality environment in Coventry.
