Reactive Repairs Coordinator: Client Liaison & Scheduler

ARC GROUP, Grantham, is seeking a Reactive Repairs Co-ordinator to manage client work orders, schedule engineers, and maintain job information using Impact and standard IT systems.

The role requires strong customer service, organisation, and communication skills, GCSEs including English and Maths, and the ability to work calmly in a fast-paced environment. Office-based, full-time, 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
