Nightshift Store Leader – Replenishment & Operations

Sainsbury’s Limited in Market Harborough is recruiting a Customer and Trading Manager for the nightshift. This full-time role leads overnight replenishment, organises the warehouse, and ensures safe, smooth operations from 21:00 to 08:00.

Salary starts at £31,700 with a £4,500 night-shift premium. The package also includes an annual bonus, pension contributions, staff discounts, free meals and wellbeing support.
