Banking Customer Advocate — Build Trusted Relationships

Metro Bank Eastbourne is recruiting a Banking Representative to serve customers in our store, helping them with everyday banking needs and building trusted relationships.

No previous banking experience is required; you will receive comprehensive training and support to develop as a trusted banking professional.

This role offers 37.5 hours per week with shifts around 8:45am–5:15pm or 9:00am–5:30pm, Monday–Friday, with potential Saturdays. Reasonable travel may be expensed.
