Facilities Maintenance Technician – Company Van

FM Conway Ltd is seeking a Facilities Maintenance Operative to ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities from our head office in Sevenoaks, Kent. The role covers carpentry, finishing, general building and external works on a permanent, full-time basis.

Responsibilities include reactive and planned maintenance, assisting with HVAC and electrical systems, and maintaining accurate records. A full UK driving licence is required, with NVQ/City and Guilds in Carpentry being desirable.
