Frontline Service Leader & Duty Manager

Booker is looking for a Duty Manager to lead a busy business centre team of over 40 colleagues within our Inverness store environment. You will support the store management team and rotate as Duty Manager at times, ensuring smooth daily operations and excellent customer service.

This role offers a clear pathway into food wholesaling with a strong focus on people leadership, cash handling compliance, and delivering great service to independent retailers and local customers.
