Automotive Parts Advisor – Sales & Customer Growth

NAPA Auto Parts UK & Ireland, part of Genuine Parts Company, is seeking a Parts Advisor on a fixed-term contract in Burnley. You will handle orders by phone, upsell to boost invoice value, and help grow the local customer base.

The role covers outbound calls, building long-term rapport with customers, promoting offers, managing credits and returns by sending correct parts first time, and joining a global brand with training, discounts, and bonus potential.
