Shop Floor Team Leader – Customer Service

William Hill is seeking a proactive Team Leader for a busy betting shop in the UK. You will lead a team of Customer Service Representatives on the shop floor, coach colleagues, and maintain high standards including visual displays and safer gambling.

You’ll open and close the shop, drive customer service excellence, build relationships with customers and help the business hit its targets, while benefiting from training and development opportunities within evoke’s Retail team.
