Student Enrichment & Engagement Lead

North Kent Colleges Group is seeking a dynamic Enrichment & Engagement Officer to develop, coordinate and deliver an inclusive enrichment programme across our colleges, helping students build confidence, employability and life skills.

You will partner with curriculum teams, run events and activities, listen to student feedback and work with employers and community partners to broaden opportunities and ensure safe, accessible participation.
