Fan-First Mail Order Coordinator | Dispatch & Support

Brighton & Hove Albion FC is seeking a dedicated Mail Order Coordinator to manage the end-to-end mail order process from picking to dispatch at the Amex Stadium. You will print shirt names/numbers for online orders, liaise with couriers, and handle customer enquiries by phone and email with a focus on top-tier service.

Reliable data entry and experience with stock control/EPOS systems are essential, with 35 hours per week and some evenings/weekends as required.
